Returns, Exchange & Buyback

At Zling, every piece is made to order and built to hold its value. Our returns, exchange and buyback terms follow the industry-standard structure, with a lifetime buyback on your diamond.

15-Day Returns

• Ready-to-ship pieces can be returned within 15 days, no questions asked — unused, unworn, in original packaging with the authenticity certificate.
• Made-to-order & personalised pieces are crafted individually for you and are not eligible for a 15-day return — they are instead fully covered by our Lifetime Exchange & Buyback below.
• Refunds are issued to your original prepaid payment method. A ₹500 deduction applies if the physical certificate is misplaced.

Lifetime Exchange

Exchange your Zling piece any time, provided it is not tampered or damaged, has no missing diamonds, and carries its authenticity certificate.

• Gold — valued at the prevailing market rate on the day of exchange.
• Diamond — valued at the higher of its invoice value or current market value.
• Deductions — making charges, GST and any promotional credits are forfeited; a 7% processing fee applies.

Lifetime Buyback

Sell your Zling piece back to us from 15 days after purchase, up to 5 years.

• Gold — valued at the prevailing market rate on the day of buyback.
• Diamond — valued at 80% of the prevailing market price.
• Deductions — making charges, GST and any promotional credits are forfeited; a 15% processing fee applies.
• The payout is credited to your account.

Conditions

• The authenticity certificate is required for all exchange and buyback requests (₹500 deduction if misplaced).
• If a piece's physical attributes differ from its original specification, we reserve the right to adjust the final payout.
• Exchange and buyback apply to fine jewellery only.

Every diamond is IGI/SGL-certified and every piece BIS-hallmarked, so its value is always independently verifiable.
