Lab-grown diamonds

Are lab-grown diamonds real diamonds?
Yes. They are optically, chemically and physically identical to mined diamonds — same fire, same hardness (10 on the Mohs scale), same sparkle — and are graded by the very same IGI and SGL laboratories. The only difference is origin: grown in weeks rather than mined over millennia.

Will it test as a real diamond?
Yes — a lab-grown diamond passes a standard diamond tester because it is a diamond.

Why choose lab-grown?
It is conflict-free and fully traceable, kinder to the earth, and far better value — your budget buys a larger, finer stone.

Made to order & the 3D preview

What does "made to order" mean?
Each Zling piece is crafted especially for you after you order. Nothing sits in a warehouse. You choose the design, metal and karat; we render your exact piece in a complimentary 3D preview; only once you approve do our karigars craft it.

How long does it take?
12–18 days from your 3D-preview approval, then dispatched with insured shipping.

Can I customise a design?
Absolutely — change the carat, shape, setting or metal. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll tailor any piece.

Gold, karat & hallmarking

Is the gold solid or plated?
Always solid gold — never plated. Choose 9K, 14K or 18K in white, yellow or rose, all BIS-hallmarked for guaranteed purity.

Pricing & payment

How is the price calculated?
Transparently — gold (by weight and karat), the lab-grown diamond (by carat), making charges and GST. Every product page shows a full price breakup.

Do you offer COD?
We are prepaid only, which lets us offer our finest craftsmanship at honest prices.

Every diamond ships with its IGI/SGL certificate; the gold is BIS-hallmarked; and each order includes an appraisal for insurance.
